When you register, you give us the details in the sign-up form:
- Your first name
- Your email address
- Your mobile number (optional, only if you provide it for reminders)
We also collect basic technical information automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, device, and how you arrived at and moved through this page. This happens through cookies and similar technologies (see below).
How we use it
- To register you for the training and send you the join link, reminders, and the replay.
- To send you tips, insights, and offers to help you grow your store. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To measure and improve our marketing, including the performance of our ads.
- To respond to you and provide support.

We use cookies and pixels, including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, to understand how this page performs and to measure and improve our advertising. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the training and our marketing, and only so they can perform those services for us. These include:
- Our email and CRM platform, which stores your details and sends the emails and reminders.
- Our webinar and hosting providers, which deliver the live training and the replay.
- Advertising and analytics providers such as Meta, which help us measure and improve our ads.
We may also disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the training and to stay in touch about our services, and as required for legal, tax, or accounting reasons. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices and rights
- You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email.
- You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.
